We are currently in search for a talented Operations & Customer Success to join our team. The successful candidate will help us develop and maintain critical software products for various staging and production environments. Core Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational activities, and ensure all operations run smooth
- Maintain great relationship with both new and existing users
- Process user registration / KYC and customer fund withdrawal request
- Monitor and respond customer inquiries via various channels (Telegram, Freshdesk, etc)
- Troubleshoot issues together with product / tech team
