Understand customer needs & design solutions that delight customers.
We are looking for strong UI & UX Designer that has at least 1-2 years of experience designing tech products with deep empathy for customers.
You must be comfortable in tackling ambiguity and be obsessive in understanding customer problems.
You must also be a fast learner (because blockchain industry moves fast) and a strong communicator (to help team members understand customer problem).
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' needs deeply by conducting user research interviews & usability testing.
This includes sourcing the right interviewees, conducting interview, synthesizing insights, and communicate the "so-what" to team members
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business division to create solutions to solve customer problem
- Create intuitive & compelling design for Web & Mobile applications
- Have a strong holistic view on end-to-end user experience, and constantly suggest meaningful improvements

- Deeply understand customer problem / user needs before designing a product
- Excel at end-to-end customer discovery and usability testing (preparing the prototypes, coming up with test plans and questions, creating the measurements and recruiting the participants, conducting interviews/testing, discovering new problems, and designing great solution)
- Determine whether a problem is worth solving by taking holistic view around user needs, business opportunities, technical constraints, and company strategy
- Communicate your ideas through sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring alignment (using tools such as Sketch, Marvel, Figma, etc)
- Love the challenge of managing complex projects & venturing into the unknown

- Strong English & Indonesian writing skill (i.e. capable of writing product copy & internal documentation)
- Strong graphic design skill (i.e. capable of creating digital assets, in addition to UI)
