We are looking for a Business Development Lead that has at least 2 years of experience working in Fintech, Consulting, Banking or in Crypto/Blockchain industry.
You must be comfortable in tackling ambiguity and strong assessing partnership potential amongst candidates. This person should also utilize data/ framework to prioritize his resources.
You must also be a fast learner (because blockchain industry moves fast) and a strong communicator.
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage entire pipeline of growth partnership opportunities.
- Structure and negotiate deals with partners capable of expanding Rupiah Token's acceptance (wallets, exchanges, and other online businesses) across verticals and geographies.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to develop and execute partnership to provide new value for Rupiah Token's ecosystem.
- Support management team in developing strategy plan for the company.
- Manage and strengthen relationship with key Rupiah Token partners.

- Comfortable dealing with plenty of people in a people-first oriented role.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and influence stakeholders
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
- Willing to dive in to the details to make things succeed
- Like and are willing to travel
- Strong negotiation skills and ambitious on what we should try to do with our partners and how Rupiah Token creates value and differentiation
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
